22bd Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 22bd platform and its services. Compliance with these Terms is mandatory for every user. By accessing the platform or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

22bd is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming services. The Terms set out here apply equally to all products and services unless separate conditions are stated for a specific section.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any gaming or betting service on 22bd, you must be at least 21 years old. Registration by anyone below this age is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age at any time, and if satisfactory proof is not provided, the account may be suspended or closed.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, phone number or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and bonuses credited to those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and your own. Registering with a false name, address or identity is a breach of these Terms. 22bd may request a national identity card or relevant documents for verification at any time, and failure to respond to such a request may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone or allow a third party to use your account. 22bd will not be responsible for any transactions carried out on your account without your permission.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account or lose your password, notify our support team immediately. 22bd uses SSL encryption to secure all connections; however, the platform is not responsible for the security of the user's own device or network.

3.1 OTP Verification

OTP verification may be required when logging in or submitting a withdrawal request. Never share this OTP code with anyone. If you need to change your phone number, this can be done through the support team after verification.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

22bd currently supports the following methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank). Cryptocurrency and other international payment methods are not accepted.

4.2 Limits and Processing Times

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours

Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. If verification is incomplete, processing of the request may be delayed.

4.3 Account Matching

Withdrawals must generally be made using the same method used for the deposit. If a different method is needed, please contact the support team in advance. Transferring funds to a third-party account is prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

22bd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used in your own account — they cannot be transferred to another account.
• Bonuses are only usable on specific games or betting sections — which games the bonus applies to will be stated in the bonus terms.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• 22bd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if an attempt is made to exploit bonus benefits through multiple accounts or inconsistent betting patterns.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The 22bd VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses), Silver (0.8%), Gold (1.1%) and Platinum (1.5%). For example, a Gold-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings).

6.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet is considered valid only when the system successfully confirms it and the required amount is deducted from the user's balance. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Multi-Bets and Single Bets

Both single bets and multi-bets are supported in sports betting. In a multi-bet, one incorrect selection can result in the entire bet being lost — please consider this risk before placing a multi-bet.

6.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a cricket, football or other sporting event is fully cancelled, the amount staked on the relevant bet will be refunded. If an event is postponed and later resumed, the bet will be settled based on the final result. In the event of a dispute over the circumstances or result of an event, 22bd's decision will be considered final.

6.4 Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The bet will be settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was completed. 22bd reserves the right to cancel any bet where abnormal odds were displayed due to a technical error.

22bd offers games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe and many other well-known providers. Each game has its own RTP and rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read these before starting a game.

7.1 Game Results

The results of all casino and slot games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). No result is predetermined, and past game history has no effect on subsequent rounds.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time, and if a connection issue occurs, a bet may be cancelled in certain circumstances. 22bd is not responsible for any connection-related issues — users must ensure the quality of their own internet connection.

7.3 Game Interruptions

In the event of a technical interruption during a game, system logs will be reviewed and an appropriate decision made. If a user believes a game result was incorrect, the support team must be notified within 24 hours.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on 22bd and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, software or games.
• Attempting to steal or hack other users' account information.
• Using any technique or software to manipulate game results.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.

If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, 22bd reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses and winnings in the account, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

22bd strives to ensure maximum availability of the platform; however, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen circumstances. 22bd will not be liable for any financial loss arising from this.

Users are solely responsible for any financial losses resulting from betting and gaming. 22bd is an entertainment platform and does not guarantee financial gain. No assurance can be given regarding the outcome of any game or betting strategy.

9.1 Third-Party Services

22bd is not directly liable for issues caused by disruptions to third-party services, including payment processors or game providers. However, we actively work to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.

12.1 At the User's Request

Any user may request closure of their account at any time. Before making the request, please ensure there are no pending withdrawals on the account. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the registered payment method.

12.2 At the Platform's Discretion

In proven cases of a breach of these Terms, 22bd may suspend or close an account without notice. In such cases, if evidence of fraud or prohibited activity is found, the account balance may be forfeited.
